Usually your dog starts to nip you when is exited and wants to play. If your dog begins to nip you while playing then immeteatly stop and ignore the dog facing on the opposite side. This will teach to the dog that this behavior is not wanted. Be persist at ignoring the dog till it stops. Then start playing again with your dog and repeat the same exercise if the dog start nipping.
